So we have arrived at a very exciting moment: Sheetrock installation began at the house today. However, this exciting moment where space begins to take form also is when photography becomes very, very difficult. Our upstairs is small and with the installation of Sheetrock, I can't really jam myself against a wall too much more to get that perfect shot. I am currently covered in white dust after doing my best.
The sheetrockers covered the entire upstairs today, plus the kitchen ceiling.

| Bam!!! Master bedroom entry takes shape!! |
 |
| Here is the west side of the master bedroom. If you recall, there used
to be an opening on this wall to the closet. Around the corner you can
see the doorway to our new on suite master bathroom. |
 |
| Here is Garrett posing with the bathroom doorway. |
 |
| Here is the master bedroom closet. How many closets do you know of with
their very own skylight? Our clothes will get so much daylight! |
 |
| Bathroom ceiling is sheetrocked in. Actually all of the Sheetrock that
is going to be installed up here, has been installed. The bare
studs/insulation you see will be covered by tile backer board. Yes, it
will all be tiled-OUT. Bling bling bling!!!! |
 |
| Taken from the stairs, looking up towards the hallway skylight. |
 |
| Kitchen ceiling, plumbing is all nestled away. |
 |
| From the back of the house looking forward, the current state of things,
also known as, "I'm really glad we aren't living here right now." |
 |
| More Sheetrock, ready for installation! |
 |
| Finally, I give you a picture of me taking a picture. These are the
lengths I go through to document the progress. After Garrett took this
picture, he dusted me off. I looked like Al Pacino for a minute there. |
The upstairs office has also been sheetrocked in, but that room is too small to really get any kind of shot that might make sense. Perhaps when the room is all put back together, a picture in there might look better.
